Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of products cannot be returned:
* Bodysuits, lingerie items, earrings, are not refundable, for a question of hygiene.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
* Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You can make an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. To do this, send us an e-mail at email@example.com .
If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they'll know you've returned the item.
To return a product, you must send it by post: Send us an email to know the address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Then keep the proof of deposit, and send us the tracking number by email. Any return without a tracking number will not be taken into account.
